French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian announced that the Vienna talks on the nuclear deal with Iran are proceeding positively.
In an interview today with BFMTV and Radio Monte Carlo, Le Drian said: "Some progress has been made in recent days and we are on a somewhat positive path, but time is running out."
He added: If we do not reach an agreement quickly, there will be nothing left to negotiate, and I am convinced that we can reach an agreement, and I remain optimistic.
The Austrian capital, Vienna, is witnessing intensive preparations to complete the eighth round of nuclear talks between Iran and the Four Plus One group, with the aim of reviving the nuclear agreement that the United States unilaterally exited in 2018.
The head of the Iranian delegation participating in the ongoing nuclear talks in Vienna, Ali Bagheri Kani, announced yesterday that the negotiations are positive and moving forward.
