Poing - The purse of an 83-year-old woman was stolen in Poing.

When the woman wanted to pay in the shop, she noticed that her wallet had disappeared, writes the Poing Police Department in a press report on Friday, January 7th.

Poing: Witness describes suspects
According to investigations, the police believe that the purse was stolen by a young man who was waiting behind the woman.
One witness describes the suspect as follows: about 165 centimeters tall, slim, no more than 30 years old, light beard, dark hair.
He was dressed in a striking red and white jacket that he had closed up to his chin.
He would also have spoken broken German.
According to the witness, the man's gait was particularly noticeable, as he hobbled slightly - as if he had an injury.
Witnesses who can provide relevant information about the theft are asked to report to the Poingen police on telephone (08121) 9917-0.
The police are currently also employing a stone thrower in Poing.
