The colloquium, opened yesterday, and which continues today, at the Sorbonne, devoted to deconstructionism and in which I had the honor to participate, represents a first attempt in the intellectual milieu, to respond to what it is agreed to call it the woke revolution, which took French society by surprise for just over a year.
We remember the perplexity, on the left, and even on the right, in front of its first manifestations.
We wanted to see there an American madness that would never break through in France.
Few are those today who persist in such lightness.
