The International City of Gastronomy and Wine will bring together, on the 6.5 hectare site of the former general hospital, built between the 15th and 18th centuries, exhibition and conference spaces, a 600 m2 cellar with more than 3000 references (focused on Burgundy wines), food shops, as well as three restaurants.
Two under the aegis of Eric Pras, triple star at Maison Lameloise - a gourmet, La Table du Chef, highlighting food and wine pairings, and Le Comptoir de la Cité, for light meals, daily specials and take-away - and one entrusted to Nicolas Sauvage, a young chef from Dijon, with a menu of fast food and craft beers.
