The Kazakh president explained that because of the actions of these alleged activists, the Internet is narrowing and the interests of millions of citizens and national businessmen are harmed, thus negatively affecting political, economic and social stability, stressing that these "demagogues" have been involved in the tragedy in Kazakhstan and that the authorities will respond to all these atrocities against the law. .

Tokayev pointed out that the state of emergency will gradually disappear depending on the stability of the situation, saying, "Democracy does not mean idleness and incitement to carry out illegal acts."

The Kazakh president expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) countries for their support to Kazakhstan and said: "I address special expressions of gratitude to Russian President Vladimir Putin, he quickly responded to my request for help."
