The voices and creativity of Syrian and Russian children combined in the event hosted by the Arab Cultural Center in Abu Rummaneh on the occasion of Christmas and New Year's Day on the eastern calendar.
The event, which was held in cooperation with the Russian Cultural Center, included honoring talented children who frequent the Abu Rummaneh cultural center every Saturday to develop their talents, in addition to showing pieces of art, plays from the Russian folklore, and songs and dances about Christmas.
Rabab Ahmed, director of the cultural center in Abu Rummaneh, pointed out that this event is the first of its kind held by the center to celebrate the Eastern New Year's Day, with the participation of children being trained in the cultural Abu Rummaneh with the participation of children of the Syrian and Russian joint families and members of the Russian community in Syria.
Ahmed pointed out that the Russian Cultural Center, which was very active before the war, returned to its activity two years ago, and this time it is remarkable that its organizers work with the Syrian cultural centers.
