"I have come to embrace and strengthen, in my name and in the name of all the Israeli police," Saturn told the grieving family, "the police will turn every stone until we lay our hands on these despicable murderers."
Saturn called on the whole society to "condemn those people who possess the illegal weapons. We must eradicate it from our midst - Jews, non-Jews - no matter."
Saturn added that more than 90 percent of the resources of the Israeli police are currently invested in Arab society.
"I share your grief, your pain is our pain," Saturn concluded.
Hujirat was killed on Thursday by a stray bullet in the village playground.
The shooting was apparently aimed at a dirt truck, by an unknown person driving a long distance from the field.
So far, four suspects have been arrested following the investigation of the case.
