Is considered the first university in Israel that respects payment via bit • Golan Sherman, Deputy CEO of Bank Hapoalim: "The goal is to make the digital payment service securely accessible in a variety of areas"

Paying tuition in a digital wallet?

It turns out that this is also possible now: Reichman University and the bit app have launched a new payment option for student registration fees.

This is the first university in Israel that respects payment via bit.

The joint statement from Reichman and Bitt states that "the cooperation gives new registrants the opportunity to pay the registration fee in a simple, safe and fast manner."

So how does the new method work?

Students fill in the registration details on the university website and pay by choosing bit as the means of payment.

Payers will be able to view payment details directly in the bit app for tracking and control.

Golan Sherman, Deputy CEO of Bank Hapoalim and Head of the Innovation and Strategy Division, told Israel Today that "the latest move joins additional moves of the bit app, which has about 2.7 million active customers, which aims to securely access the digital payment service in a variety of areas ".

Sherman added: "As an innovative institution, Reichman University stands with its face forward and is constantly looking for ways to improve user experiences and upgrade study experiences and all campus activities using advanced technologies. The number of students who have already used the new payment option speaks for itself."
