Turns out: The green sign in the malls will be canceled on Monday

The Association of Commercial Networks announced yesterday (Friday) that it has reached an agreement with the government, regarding the abolition of the green label in malls, street shops and power centers starting this coming Monday.

It should be noted that the agreement requires the approval of the government on Sunday.

As we published in "Israel Today" last Tuesday, the Ministry of Finance supports the move.

According to the summary, instead of the green mark, the strict purple mark layout will be activated in the malls according to the following key: In businesses with a store area of more than 100 square meters: the number of customers will be limited to 15 square meters per person, and in businesses with a store area of less than 100 square meters: Customers will be limited to 7 square meters per person.

This is an aggravation compared to the restriction that currently exists under the green label outline in commerce, according to which in businesses over 100 square meters the key is 7 square meters per person.

Djokovic claims: I received a permit to enter Australia

Novak Djokovic's storm continues

:

In an appeal filed by the Serbian tennis player in an Australian court, where he has been held since Wednesday because he intended to enter the country without being vaccinated against Corona, he claims to have a document from the Australian Immigration Department authorizing him to enter the Australian Championships .

According to his lawyers, he holds a valid visa and a medical exemption from the tournament organizers, after he contracted the virus last month.

The Serb presented a document stating that he was found positive for Corona on December 16, so he received written permission to take off for the country after recovering.

There is a problem with Djokovic's claim, as the deadline for submitting a waiver request from the tournament organizing committee ended on December 10, six days before the date he claims to have received the positive response to the virus test.

The debate over the future of the world-ranked tennis player, who has been detained at Melbourne Airport for hours without his personal mobile phone in his possession and when he is closely guarded by two security personnel, is expected to continue until at least Monday, when it will be decided whether he is deported.

Until then, Djokovic will remain in solitary confinement in a hotel in the city and will not be deported back to Serbia.
