Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden, who had Covid-19 in March 2021, tested positive again on Saturday, the royal palace said.

The Crown Princess, who is fully vaccinated, has cold symptoms but is otherwise doing well
," the court wrote in a statement, adding that she was isolated at home and her family.
This is the second time in less than a year that Princess Victoria, 45, has tested positive for Covid-19.
In March 2021, her husband, Prince Daniel, had also tested positive, which was not announced on Saturday.
Her parents, King Carl XVI Gustaf, 75, and Queen Silvia, 78, both of whom received three doses of the vaccine, tested positive on Monday.

According to the National Health Agency, the Nordic country recorded 23,877 new cases on January 5, more than double the figures of the peak of December 2020. Friday, the kingdom of 10.4 million inhabitants recorded a total of 1,416,650 cases confirmed contamination by Covid-19, including 15,377 deaths.
