The Ministry of the Environment, Water and Ecological Transition of Ecuador reported that on Thursday the eruption of the Wolf volcano, located on Isabela Island of the Galapagos archipelago, was reported after seven years of relative calm.
The pink iguana, a singular species unique in the world, inhabits the area of the eruption.
