Thirteen people were killed and 13 others injured as a result of heavy snowfall and heavy rain in the states of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan in Pakistan.
Local media reported today that snow and rain in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa state led to the collapse of roads, and the weather conditions caused the roof of a house in Balochistan to collapse, killing 13 people and wounding 13 others.
Yesterday, the Pakistani authorities announced that the death toll from the heavy snow that swept through the northern Punjab province of the country has risen to 22, in addition to trapping thousands.
