A number of civilians were injured when groups of the SDF backed by the American occupation forces fired live bullets at a protest demonstration against them in the town of Al-Suwaydiyah in the countryside of Raqqa.

Civil sources told SANA that the residents of Al-Suwaydiyah town in Raqqa countryside demonstrated this evening in protest against the repressive practices of the “Qasd” militia and its continued theft of their crops and the region’s resources and resources, in addition to the widespread security chaos in its areas of control.

The sources pointed out that the "Qasd militia" brought in military reinforcements and tried to disperse the demonstrators by firing live bullets randomly at them, which led to a number of injuries among the residents, some of whom are in serious condition. They also kidnapped a number of citizens and took them to unknown destinations.

It is noteworthy that the countryside of Raqqa, Deir ez-Zor and Hasaka witnessed over the past months many demonstrations by the people against the “Qasd militia” and the American occupation, which the militia’s gunmen faced with live bullets, which led to the death of a number of citizens and the wounding of others.
