There is a ramen in Ramat Gan

Ramat Gan Kamakura and Chef Ilya Goldman will host Chef Tom Shamir (Tom Tom Ramen) for a pair of joint meals on January 24 and 25.

At meals, known as "Japanese Winter," Shamir will serve his Zuckman Ramen dish, which has won four "Chef Games" referee knives, along with other dishes like grilled artichoke and toasted (tuna tartare, avocado salsa, grated pickled egg yolk).

A month of citrus

Starting January 10 and for a month, Chef Ran Shmueli's Claro will dedicate a special menu to citrus fruits.

The menu was developed by Shmueli and the actual chef of the restaurant, Tal Feigenbaum, in collaboration with orchards from the Emek Hefer area, and provides a stage for oranges, pomeloes, tangerines and lemons. 

Several selected dishes: Locust carpaccio with red grapefruit vinaigrette, fennel, mint oil and citrus fillets;

Duck breast with carrot salad, carrot leaves and Chinese orange on carrot cream and oranges with crispy meat crumble;

Minute steak of thinly sliced ​​meat marinated in oranges, chili and garlic, topped with a salad of herbs and caramelized oranges;

And desserts like Portuguese - a cake made of filo and soaked in citrus syrup with white mousse.

There are four wines in the series: Merlot 2019 (NIS 50), Rosa 2020 (NIS 90), Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2018 (NIS 140) and Puerta 2019 Single Vineyard (NIS 190).
