Corona shock in the Swedish royal family: next royal infected

After the Swedish royal couple tested positive for Corona, the palace now reports that Victoria is also infected.

It's the second time for them.

Stockholm - In Sweden's royal family, another royal was infected with the corona virus, as the royal family has now announced: It is again Crown Princess Victoria.

It is the second time that the 44-year-old has been infected with the virus - she and her husband Prince Daniel tested positive for the virus as early as March 2021.

It was only on Monday (January 3rd, 2022) that the palace in Stockholm announced that King Carl Gustav (75) and Queen Silvia (78) had tested positive for the virus.

The royal couple went into domestic isolation in accordance with the applicable Corona rules of conduct.

Both have already been vaccinated three times.

They only had mild courses.

Second corona infection near Victoria of Sweden

Before that, it met Prince Carl Philip (42) and his wife Princess Sofia (37);

they got infected in November 2020. So now Sweden's Crown Princess Victoria has Covid-19 - again.

As the Swedish royal family announced on Saturday (January 8, 2022), a corona test in the 44-year-old was positive.

Victoria is reportedly fully vaccinated.

She has cold symptoms, otherwise she is fine, the message said.

The Crown Princess follows the recommendations of the health authorities and isolates herself with her family at home.
