After DIP refrained from accusing Superintendent Nader Rabah for about six months, an indictment was filed against him for the suspicions, after the case was published in "Israel Today" • The injured lawyer: "The indictment does not represent the seriousness of the acts

Following the revelation in the "Shishvat" supplement that for a year and a half DIP did not prosecute the deputy commander of a special unit in the border, Major General Nader Rabah, who placed a hidden camera in the room of unit fighter Anastasia Weiner, and documented it while taking a shower - this morning (Sunday) An indictment was filed against him for invasion of privacy, wiretapping and breach of trust.

The delay in his prosecution became even more outrageous in light of the fact that Rabah accidentally photographed himself while installing the camera in Anastasia's room and also kept a picture of the second fighter, taken in 2019, on his cell phone.

"Suddenly I realized that everyone would see me naked"

The affair was exposed in early July 2020 when Anastasia finished a shift in the Old City.

In an article published on Friday, she said that when she finished taking a shower, she suddenly noticed a camera protruding from the vest of a warrior who was her roommate.

"As I got closer, I noticed that the camera was working, a red light was on in her back and it was very hot. I took the vest and went to the fighters who closed with me on Saturday. The team commander turned pale. The memory card and put it in the computer. The computer screen was filled with cubes, each of which is a video of me.

"Suddenly I realized that everyone would see me naked, and I started crying. They promised that as soon as I showed up, they would close the video. I saw the table in the room, my red towel, and I was also showering. I burst into tears again. Then we got to the first video. See the vest on the bed and someone "After a second, there was a frame with the name tag on the shirt, and immediately after that, Nader clearly appears."

DIP abandoned me

Anastasia sided with one of her teammates, Linor Zeluba, who claimed that Rabah had sent a number of fighters messages and comments that they thought were inappropriate.

"Because of the trauma, I keep worrying about someone peeking at me. I do not go to the bathroom at work or in public places, and only buy clothes online, so as not to go into measuring booths. DIP was abandoned when he was not prosecuted for a year and a half.

"It is disappointing to know that only after Israel published an article today, the indictment was filed. It is contempt for me as a victim of crime and contempt for interrogation. Now we will never know if apart from me and the other fighter, there are other fighters he peeked at. "What Nader did and he will not be able to harm other women. I hope the court will punish him as it deserves."

The attorneys who accompany Anastasia, Orit Hayun, and Dean Kochavi Mark Perry: mop.

Although the acts were done while abusing authority and in order to humiliate and sexually harass the fighters, no report was forwarded to the Commissioner for Sexual Harassment.

The indictment does not reflect the serious sexual offenses committed by the defendant, and constitutes a certificate of poverty for the Israel Police and the DIP Attorney's Office.

In the name of Anastasia, a civil lawsuit will be filed that reflects the full severity of the acts. "
