We are in the midst of the period of naughtiness, which is capable of repentance
. Came to do a fast of speech. That is: to completely stop speaking nonsense. The Hasidim engaged in prayer and Torah study on Shabbat
.
In the yeshiva world, they make sure to study the Torah a lot, out of a belief that studying the Torah purifies the soul and purifies the soul.
In the same way, the great men of Israel Shlita ordered many to study the Torah in the yeshivot and kollels.

In the "Shuva Yisrael" community, led by the Admor Rabbi Yoshiyahu Pinto, there is a lot of credit these days. The Admor Rabbi Pinto holds a marathon of Torah lessons that are broadcast live on selected sites and social networks.
This morning, the Rebbe called on his students to be careful about wearing a sack, as is customary in the Shuva Yisrael community.
Rabbi Pinto explained the idea of wearing a sack: Our father, and this is against 400 gates of impurity, and on the other hand, there is the 400 shekels of money that goes to the merchant - that our father Abraham paid Efron to buy the Cave of the Patriarchs. "Abraham purchased and bought the 400 gates to reach the Cave of the Patriarchs, where the opening is through which all the souls of Israel and every mitzvah and good deed that man does, everything passes from the same opening."
Rabbi Pinto went on to explain: "The word 'sack' is in Gematria 400, and it is against the 400 gates from which one arrives at the Cave of the Patriarchs. "He taught us the art of the sack, that whenever there is trouble, you have to wear a sack."
"If a person wears a sack for at least an hour a day, it is good. Putting it all day is difficult, walking with a sack for at least an hour a day.
