The Navigo pass will no longer be confined to a somewhat thankless task, that of passing through the porticoes of the Ile-de-France metro and RER trains.
From this Monday, the sesame takes shape and takes on a cultural dimension.
It will make it possible to benefit from a host of advantages and other reductions in nearly 300 places in the region, says Île-de-France Mobilité (IDFM), confirming information from the Journal du Dimanche.
This list is not definitive and is likely to grow in the future.
Concretely, only subscribers to the “traditional” Navigo pass (monthly, annual, Liberté +, Senior, Imagine R) will be able to benefit from these new features.
They would be nearly 4 million in the Ile-de-France region.
Holders of the Navigo easy, day and discovery will not be able to take advantage of it.

In detail, Île-de-France Mobilité has identified five categories of cultural places.
There are 147 independent cinemas, 63 museums, 52 theaters, 26 cultural centers and 12 festivals.
Most of these establishments are located either in Paris or in the inner suburbs, but not only.
The list of partners will be posted on Monday on the Île-de-France mobilités site.
Free places and other free drinks
There are important museums and monuments there, such as the Musée d'Orsay, the Quai-Branly, the Opéra Garnier and the Pompidou center.
The famous Rock en Seine and We Love Green festivals will also be part of the operation.
Only neighborhood cinemas and independent cinemas will be integrated.
It is therefore impossible to hope for reductions in Gaumont, UGC, MK2 or Pathé theaters with their health pass.
To benefit from the system, Navigo subscribers will only have to present their pass at the counter, which will be scanned to verify its validity.
They can then hope for a reduction, free places for accompanying persons, welcome gifts, free drinks or even invitations to certain exceptional events.
These advantages are left to the discretion of the partner brands.
The whole stake, in the eyes of the entourage of Valérie Pécresse, presidential candidate but also president of the Ile-de-France region, in charge of the Navigo pass, is to revive the attractiveness of Ile-de-France transport.
Attendance has declined since the onset of the health crisis and some voices fear that this situation will end up causing a rise in prices in the coming months.
