And now also Corona: "I have a lot of correspondence, I used to get 30 e-mails a day that I had to process, now there are 70, but I can only manage 50." He needs an hour to process some e-mails, others are done in minutes.

“It used to be easier.

Nevertheless, the town hall chief wants to write back to everyone: “Everyone deserves an answer.” The only question is: When should he deal with the private correspondence if he can hardly keep up with the official correspondence.
