The Ministry of Defense announced the liquidation of the financial rights related to health pension and injury compensation for 42 demobilized military wounded.
The ministry confirmed in a statement, which SANA received a copy of today, that in implementation of Law No. 26 of 2019 on Multiple Injuries, the financial rights related to health pension and injury compensation for military wounded who have been dismissed from service were liquidated.
The ministry indicated that the wounded, whose disability rates exceeded 70 percent by applying the law, will be included with all the appropriate benefits for their disability according to the matrix of the rights of the wounded of the homeland, whether the 70 to 79 percent or 80 to 100 percent bracket.
The ministry indicated that the names of the wounded, whose financial rights have been liquidated, can be found on its Facebook page.
The Ministry of Defense announced, at the beginning of last November, that 131 wounded would be included for those whose disability rates exceeded by applying the law of multiple injuries of 70 percent and above, with all the appropriate benefits for their disability according to the matrix of the rights of the home wounded, whether the 70 to 79 percent or 80 to 100 percent.
