Drama:
A video released today (Monday) by Los Angeles police body cameras documents the dramatic moments in which a pilot of a light aircraft, which crashed on a train tracks, is rescued from the scene seconds before it hits him.
In the video you can see how the policemen manage in a daring rescue to pull from the cockpit, a man about 70 years old after he crashed on the train tracks in the city streets.
Foothill Division Officers displayed heroism and quick action by saving the life of a pilot who made an emergency landing on the railroad tracks at San Fernando Rd.
and Osborne St., just before an oncoming train collided with the aircraft.

The Los Angeles Police Department's initial assessment that the plane crashed after losing power.
The pilot is rushed to hospital in stable condition.
No further casualties were reported.
