Advocate Shani Iluz, representing Aspah, said: "This is an unfortunate and painful case, our hearts are with the family.

As you may recall, the Tel Aviv District Court sentenced Aspa to four and a half years in prison, but last August the Supreme Court decided to shorten his sentence.

was sentenced to pay NIS 20,000 in compensation to Nesher's family and NIS 5,000 to the friend of the late Ari, who was also injured in the accident.

The indictment states that Aspa drove at night on Rokach Boulevard in Tel Aviv while driving and drove over the speed limit after spending time at a nightclub.
