The Marienstift Gauting has been under new management since the beginning of the year: Kristina Vincent is in charge of the fate of the home, the previous director Gislinde Dietz will retire in a few weeks.

The successor is the health and pediatric nurse Kristina Vincent.
Doris Schneider explained that she was “an experienced and competent manager” who already knew association strategies and concepts in the Caritas nursing homes through her work in the Caritas nursing home St. Vinzenz.

According to Caritas, 65 employees at the Gautinger Marienstift look after older people with their various needs.
The house, which was newly opened in 2019, offers various forms of living and care.
The innovative concept of assisted living with 47 residential units, outpatient care, day care, short-term care and a nursing home is "ideally geared to the different needs of life in old age".
