China renews its support for Kazakhstan and refuses to destabilize it

Today, China reiterated its rejection of the destabilization of Kazakhstan and stressed the need to immediately stop all acts of violence that pose a threat to the future of Kazakhstan and the region.

In a telephone conversation with his Kazakh counterpart Mukhtar Teleobardi, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi stressed that "China, as a comprehensive and permanent strategic partner of Kazakhstan, is ready to provide all forms of support to it with full force in order to maintain stability and stop acts of violence at this critical moment related to Kazakhstan's future," according to what was reported. In a letter addressed to his Kazakh counterpart, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Chinese President Xi Jinping affirmed his country's strong opposition to any foreign attempts to undermine Kazakhstan's stability and threaten its security, praising the measures taken by the Kazakh president to calm the situation.

In his message, Ping reiterated his country's categorical rejection of any attempt by outside parties to stir up unrest and incitement in Kazakhstan, harm the friendship between China and Kazakhstan and disrupt cooperation between the two countries.
