Clashes between forces of the Civil Administration and the police and young people in Givat Oz Zion in Binyamin and yeshiva students in Chumash: This morning (Monday) two forces arrived at the same time - one to evacuate and demolish several mobile buildings stationed in the outpost, and the other to confiscate equipment from the yeshiva.

In both places they encountered resistance, and the settlers report a number of wounded and severe violence by border guards - despite the passive resistance, they claim.

The evacuation of the Oz Zion outpost, where two families and a number of young people live, is the sixth to be carried out in the past month.

To make it harder for the forces, two young men tied themselves to an improvised iron installation.

One young man was released shortly after, but the police found it difficult to release the other from the facility and for hours worked with burglary tools in the attempted release until they succeeded - and arrested the young man.

At the same time, Civil Administration officials demolished the other buildings in the outpost.

In the Chumash, which also had violent clashes with border fighters during the confiscation of the yeshiva's equipment, the settlers claim that a number of yeshiva students were injured when they were violently evacuated and sprayed with tear gas, even though they were passively sitting on the road.
