We can call it a "pool", as Zemmour says, the sponsorship is traced, it can never be anonymous.

It is always attached individually to an elected official, so it is impossible to collectivize it.

These are rules which are enacted by an organic law.

The AMF absolutely cannot intervene: it is not its role to block or endorse a suitor.

Moreover, we focus on the mayors but they are not the only elected officials able to sponsor the candidates: there are also all the parliamentarians ...
