Following the conclusion of Nir Hefetz's testimony, the hearings in Case 4000 resume today (Monday) in the Jerusalem District Court.
The two witnesses of Hefetz Malhav 443: Nir Schwartz and Niv Peleg will appear on the witness stand.
Investigators are expected to tell about the confessions they collected, materials they disqualified during the investigation and address allegations of pressure allegedly exerted on the state witness.
Afterwards will testify: Spokesmen for former Netanyahu Boaz Stumbler and Shai Haik, former communications director general Eden Bar Tal, former communications adviser to the Ministry of Communications Adv. Dana Neufeld, the state committee and former communications director general Shlomo Pilber.
The State Attorney's Office and the Defense also agreed yesterday to waive the hearing of some of the witnesses in court, including Adv. Reli Leshem, Adv. Talia Gerstler, Shaul Elowitz's personal assistant Kim Levy and former Bezeq International CEO Moti Elmaleh. And refreshing the witnesses on the spot in court, means that they are admissible in terms of defense and there will be no cross-examination about them.
As a result, Pilber's testimony will be advanced and is expected to be of no less value than Nir Hefetz.
Pilber, having signed the state witness, was heard warning his investigators not to enter the realm of regulation because "you (Prosecution Y.A.) are going to lose there."
If Hefetz gave Netanyahu's awareness of Walla's demands in terms of coverage, Pilber hopes in the lawsuit, he will expose the party that is related to Bezeq from a regulatory point of view.
