The engineers thus deflated the two permanently excited synchronous motors of the Turbo version (one per axle) of 80 kW to deliver 380 kW (517 hp) and even 598 hp by triggering the overboost.
As for the phenomenal torque of 850 Nm, available from the start, it is similar to that of the Turbo.
