For the first time since last September, an indictment was filed today (Monday) against a verified corona patient who violated isolation.
The offense attributed to her: an act that may spread an illness.
According to the indictment, which was submitted to the Magistrate's Court in Be'er Sheva through attorney Yoav Kishon of the Southern District Attorney's Office (criminal), "Even though she knew she could infect others with a disease that could lead to death."
The indictment, filed following the renewal of enforcement policy in September 2021 against verified patients who violated isolation, stated that "in her actions, the defendant intentionally committed an act that could spread a life-threatening illness."
