Anthony Kelly, a judge for the Australian Circuit Court, on Monday overturned the Australian government's decision to cancel Novak Djokovic's visa and ordered the tennis player's release within 30 minutes of the decision.
The defendant, in this case, the Interior Ministry, must pay Djokovic's costs as agreed or assessed, the order adds.
All your belongings, including your passport, must be returned to you "as soon as reasonably possible".
His visa was canceled last week for entering Australia without a valid medical exemption from the covid-19 vaccination requirement for all people arriving in the country.
