This unique site of the Directorate-General for Internal Security will be located in Saint-Ouen (Seine-Saint-Denis), where the former premises of the newspaper Le Parisien were installed, which were bought by the State. The Head of State specified that the creation of this unique site required “
more than a billion euros of investment
”. He added that this “
massive investment
” would be included in the Orientation and Planning Law of the Ministry of the Interior (Lopmi) which will be presented to the Council of Ministers in March.

The staff of the DGSI should integrate this new site in 2028.
