The deputy prosecutor Lucia Baldovin, owner of the investigations into the death of Robert Trajkovic, will ask the investigating magistrate today to validate the arrest against the young 21-year-old of Moroccan origins, arrested by the carabinieri, and at the same time the relative precautionary custody in prison.
This was announced by the Public Prosecutor, Antonio De Nicolo, in a statement.
The prosecutor also announced that an autopsy will be carried out on Robert's body.
Prosecutor Baldovin will appoint the coroner and radiologist on Thursday.
Meanwhile, this morning in front of the Carabinieri of Trieste, new witnesses appeared who would have provided information on the movements and meetings that took place in the days before and after the murder.
The new testimonies would have confirmed the convictions of the investigators and consolidated the thesis of the young man arrested.
No new elements would have emerged, but further details and new clarifications would have been provided.
It is not excluded, however, that the investigations may be extended and that they have further consequences.
The investigations are defined as 'limited' but not yet completed.
