During the virtual summit they held today on the situation in Kazakhstan, the leaders of the Collective Security Treaty Organization stressed the importance of strengthening response mechanisms to avoid crises in the organization's countries similar to what happened in Kazakhstan and to face challenges in the future.

In his speech during the summit today, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev explained that the events in his country were coordinated from one center and were planned and organized by subversive forces, as foreigners participated in the violence.

Tokayev said: The organization has proven its efficiency and its ability to ensure security in their countries, pointing out that his country has not and will not use force against peaceful demonstrators.

In his turn, the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko stressed in his speech that the analysis of events in Kazakhstan shows the presence of an external factor, but this factor will not be the only one. There are internal factors as well, as happened in Belarus.

Lukashenko warned of the repetition of the events of Kazakhstan in Uzbekistan and others, and said: If the lessons are not learned from the events in Kazakhstan, this may happen again in other places.

Lukashenko stressed the need to work to avoid conflicts in the member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and the need to strengthen and build the capabilities of peacekeeping forces in order to face challenges in the future.

In his turn, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon stressed in his speech at the summit that the events in Kazakhstan underscore the need to strengthen the joint fight against terrorism.

Ali Rahman indicated that he had repeatedly warned and warned of the existence of sleeper cells in the countries of the organization, calling on the countries of the organization to draw up a single list of banned terrorist organizations.

Ali Rahman pointed to the seriousness of the situation on the Tajik-Afghan border and the need to establish a security belt around Afghanistan to prevent the infiltration of terrorists.

The Tajik president explained that there are more than 40 training camps for terrorists near the borders of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, which includes more than 6 thousand militants.

In turn, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan pointed out during the summit the high level of mutual understanding between the SCO countries in resolving the situation in Kazakhstan.

In his speech, Pashinyan noted that the main task of the organization is to strengthen crisis response mechanisms and said we hope that the efforts made within the framework of the Collective Security Treaty Organization aimed at helping Kazakhstan restore normal life in the country as soon as possible.

For his part, Kyrgyz Prime Minister Akylbek Zabarov warned in his speech of the danger of terrorists moving across the border following the events in Kazakhstan within the countries of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and stressed that the current situation obliges the OIC countries to make joint efforts to restore stability and prevent attacks on administrative and social military installations in Kazakhstan.

In his speech at the summit, Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed that the attack on Kazakhstan is an act of aggression and it was necessary to respond to it without delay, pointing out that some external and internal forces took advantage of the economic situation in this country to achieve their goals.
