According to the plan, Israel will launch a special flight with the delivery of medicines to the closed country.
The designated ambassador will join the flight, stay in Ashgabat for several days, during which she will submit the charter to the foreign minister.
Upon completion of the mission, the plane and ambassador will leave Turkmenistan.
