As-Suwayda-Sana
The branch of the Syrian Trade Corporation in As-Suwayda rented about 80 tons of citrus fruits during the current season.
The director of the Foundation’s branch, Rabie Ghanem, said in a statement to SANA reporter today that the quantities rented from the governorates of Lattakia and Tartous were put up within the city hall for vegetables and fruits and a number of mobile cars in the governorate center, at prices discounted from the market at a rate ranging between 5 and 15 percent.
Ghanem pointed out that the branch will continue to import additional quantities of citrus in batches during the coming days, as well as offering a variety of vegetables and fruits on a daily basis in the city hall.
