Virginia has imposed a state of emergency to help hospitals respond to the coronavirus pandemic.
And the American newspaper, The Washington Post, reported that State Governor Ralph Northham, in his last press conference on the Corona virus, before leaving office, announced a state of emergency to relieve pressure on state hospitals.
It comes after the Virginia Hospital and Health Care Association recently reported a new record daily hospitalization of nearly 200 percent across the state last month.
And the World Meters website reported in its latest statistics that the total number of injuries in America amounted to 61 million and 388 thousand and 847 injuries, while the total deaths amounted to 859 thousand and 509 deaths.
