Ingredients
For steak
8 pcs Chicken steak chicken bone without bone, fat and tendons, open for "butterfly"
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons grilled chicken
½ A teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
½ As a piece of bread
Black potato
For a roasted vegetable salad:
1 unit Peeled onion into 1 cm thick slices
1 unit hot green pepper
1 unit horseradish or gamba red pepper
A pinch of salt to taste
Black potato to taste
For tomato salsa
3 units grated tomatoes
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
A pinch of salt to taste
Black potato to taste
For a cabbage salad
Unit White cabbage very thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salt flat teaspoon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
For serving
3 units of temptations
Salted cucumber, thinly sliced

Preparation
How to make chicken steak in pita?

Equipment for the area
: knife, cutting board, grater, transparent mixing bowls, 2 tongs for grill, BBQ + mesh, fork + onion + oil, charcoal for BBQ, stand zigzag for pitas, 5 tablespoons, 1 salad tongs
2 Turn on the charcoal grill
3 Season the chicken with oil and spices.
Mix well (can be prepared in advance)
4 In the charcoal grill, roast the onion, hot pepper, red pepper and chicken.
5 Roasted vegetable salad - Peel the peppers and chop finely together with the roasted onion.
Season.
6 Tomato Salsa - Mix the ingredients together and season.
7 Cabbage salad - mix the ingredients together, mash the cabbage with your hands until it softens and adjust seasoning if necessary.
8 Cut the top quarter from the pitas, fill with chicken steak, salads and tahini.
Serve immediately
