The Director of Lattakia Health, Dr. Hawazen Makhlouf, revealed that the percentage of those vaccinated against the Corona virus reached 13%, and within 20 days it will reach 17%.
Makhlouf explained to SANA's reporter that the Health Directorate has allocated 90 health centers in the governorate to give the vaccine, in addition to tours for medical staff in the directorates and institutions for this purpose.
He pointed out that there is an increasing demand for the vaccine due to its importance in limiting the spread of the virus and maintaining public safety, stressing that the vaccine is safe and effective.
