Climate change is of great concern because for the third year in a row the oceans experienced their highest temperature ever recorded.
According to scientists, this phenomenon is the result of carbon emissions from fossil fuels caused by man.
The annual study, published in the scientific journal Advances in Atmospheric Sciences, took records dating back to 1950 and determined that 2021 was the worst year for the oceans yet.
