During the past 24 hours, a number of governorates witnessed rainfall of varying intensity, the highest of which was 96 mm, in Wadi Qandil in Lattakia.
The Bulletin of the Rain Enhancement Project issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform stated that precipitation rates in Hama-Shataha-Al-Ghab governorate amounted to 22 mm” and in Lattakia governorate… “Wadi Qandil 96 mm, Muzayra’ah 45 mm, Bahloulia 50 mm, Al Haffah 30 mm, Lattakia 29 mm, Kasab 27 mm and Buqa 16 mm, Qardaha 15 mm, Al-Basel Airfield 12 mm, and Al-Qutaybiyah 5 mm.”
Rainfall was recorded in Idlib governorate.. “Jisr al-Shughur 19 mm, Armanaz 17 mm, Idlib 5 mm,” Aleppo governorate.. “Azaz 10 mm,” and Deir ez-Zor.. “Al Kasra 8 mm.”
In Al-Hasakah Governorate, the amount of precipitation reached 19 mm in “Al-Jawadiyah and Al-Malikiyah, 18 mm in Qahtaniyah, Al-Zuhairiya, Al-Yarubiyah, 17 mm in Tal Alo, 16 mm in Tell Barak, 16 mm in Hemo, 15 in Tall Baidar, 13 mm in Amuda, Um Madfa’, 13 mm in Al-Darbasiyah and Al-Shadada 12 mm, Al-Qamishli, Al-Hasakah, Al-Aresha, Tal Tamr 7 mm, Abu Qassib 6 mm, and Tal.” Hamis 5 mm, Mabrouka and al-Hol 4 mm.
