As part of its efforts to raise the level of legal awareness among individuals, the Syrian Trust for Development continues to work with societal and official bodies with the aim of introducing laws within the circles concerned with them to ensure their application in a manner that serves individuals and society.
The secretariat indicated in a statement published today on its official page on the social networking site Facebook that the Initial Legal Response Program in Hama governorate, in partnership with the governorate, held an introductory session on Law 37 of 2021 related to the financial situation of administrative units, in the presence of 320 stakeholders in these units.
The secretariat explained that it was explained what the law included in facilitating the financial procedures, the provisions of which were distributed in eight laws, as well as showing the role of the law in supplying the budgets of administrative units so that it could perform its development and service role.
Law 37, which was issued on the 29th of last November, aims to enhance the financial revenues of administrative units so that they can exercise the developmental role in the local community along with the service role, implement their projects efficiently and effectively, and better provide services to citizens.
