Wolfgang Winkler (49) has been the commander and his deputy Christian Müller (32) has been at the helm of the Tegernsee fire brigade for six years.
They stay that way for another six years.
Tegernsee - In a service meeting held in compliance with the strictest security requirements, the new commanders were elected in the transition hall.
After no additional candidates stood for election besides the previous incumbents, this could be carried out in a short time.

And as has been shown, the fire fighters are quite satisfied with the commitment and performance of their previous fire service management.
The Wehr counts 73 active members, "The youth work is also running successfully," says Müller in view of eleven new young people in the ranks of the Wehr.
The commanders were confirmed in their posts with a large majority.
You are now in office for another six years.
Your tasks are not only varied, but above all very responsible and demanding.
On the one hand, it is important to lead missions that cannot be planned and that often involve life and limb or large material assets.
In addition, there is also the management of the fire brigade as an organization, the planning of training and exercises and much more.

This is especially true for the fire brigade in Tegernsee, where Winkler and Müller have also been accompanying the planning and construction of the new fire station for six years.
The floor slab was laid before Christmas.
"Now the work on the cellar has started", reports Müller.
In addition, the top fire brigade was recently able to put a new command vehicle into service, and they must already plan the procurement of a replacement for an outdated fire engine.
Mayor Johannes Hagn thanked Wolfgang Winkler and Christian Müller for their commitment and their achievements in the past term of office and wished them all the best, luck and success for the next one.
The general meeting of the fire brigade association, which was actually due at the same time, with the election of the board of directors, could not take place due to the current corona situation.
"It will be made up for as soon as possible," assures Christian Müller.
The previous board of directors will remain in office for a long time.
