Gilching - At the beginning of the year, the community of Gilching invites you to "Music in the town hall".
Stefanie Boltz & Band will be guest on Friday, January 14th.
The singer-songwriter is particularly fond of midwinter, the winter solstice - when the days are short, you get together by the fireplace, calm down and your soul longs for spring.
The sensitive storyteller sings about her own, strange, invented or decorated stories on long midwinter evenings.
From a love that does not survive the winter ("burn in the snow") to descriptions of a deceptive redemption in hibernation ("anesthesia").

With ease and depth, Stefanie Boltz and her band conjure up a program full of nuances and dynamics, in which groove and intimacy, virtuoso and funny, German and English, warming and entertaining find their place.
She appears on Friday with Martin Kursawe (guitars) and Sven Faller (bass).
