The committee unveils a survey conducted among 250 employees regarding abuse and the work environment in the corporation, which includes alarming findings that he said "revealed what many of you personally experience and reinforce what was said in the Procaque committee's report. "



According to the survey:


57% of the respondents feel that there is a great aggravation of their health condition. Workers described symptoms such as: tremors in the hands, chest tightness, anxiety attacks, depression, use of mental health medications, loss of self-esteem, unwillingness to live, high blood pressure, nervous breakdown, complete loss of appetite.


70% of employees feel threatened. Employees described a work atmosphere of fear and contempt, humiliation, threat.


71% of respondents said they feel exhausted and powerless.


31% are taking antidepressants and antidepressants.


53% feel that they are trying to stumble and attribute failures to which they are not responsible.


66% feel that their security is poor.


74% feel that they are "looking for them".


87% do not see management as a role model.
