Besançon: the trial of a magistrate who proposed his daughter for sex returned

The trial of a Dijon magistrate, prosecuted for having offered his 12-year-old daughter on the internet for sexual relations, was postponed on Wednesday January 12 to February 18 by the Besançon criminal court.

Olivier B., 56 years old, was not present Wednesday at the opening of his trial for "

provocation not followed by effects

”on minor.

The case began in October 2019 when the user of a libertine dating site reported that a man proposed that his 12-year-old daughter be associated with sexual antics.

The investigation, carried out with the help of cyber infiltrations, led to the questioning of this magistrate with laudatory evaluations, working as vice-president of the judicial court of Dijon where he coordinated the pole of family affairs.

Olivier B. was dismissed last July by the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSM).
