(ANSA) - ROME, 12 JAN - It took 20 years for an entrepreneur from Campania, Luigi Gallo, to be able to open his gasoline plant: against his project, in fact, the Camorra and the bureaucracy and only his fortitude and the help of family, friends and his lawyer, Francesco Parente, this morning allowed him to finally inaugurate the plant which is located along state road 7 bis, in the Caserta municipality of Villa di Briano , which has about 8 thousand inhabitants.
Gallo, who in his complaints had also involved the former undersecretary Nicola Cosentino, had two heavy Camorra members convicted in recent years, namely Antonio and Pasquale Zagaria.
For other defendants there was a statement of limitation while the former undersecretary Cosentino and his brothers were acquitted.
