Hong Kong reported 22 new confirmed cases yesterday (12th), and quarantined two buildings for testing.
In the evening, the government announced that 20 specified places had been included in the mandatory testing notice in response to one imported case, one case possibly related to the imported case, and four preliminary positive test cases.
The cases involved in the announcement include a 19-year-old student, a 20-year-old Hong Kong University student, and a female security guard at the Penny's Bay Quarantine Center.
Places on the list include Causeway Bay Central Library, Queen Mary Hospital A&E Department, North Point Java Road Market and Sheung Wan Sushiro.
