On January 7, Diego Pablo Simeone will celebrate his 10 years on the bench of Atlético de Madrid. A rather unusual event in the world of football. If his recruitment had been announced on December 23 of the previous year, it was on this date, in 2012, that he led his first match. This feat of continuity never before seen in European football is largely due to the unpredictability of the so-called El Cholo.
