Did the opposition in Venezuela fail?

The governor of the Anzoátegui state, Luis José Marcano, confirmed through Twitter that a strong explosion was unleashed from a Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) pipeline in the Pica del Neverí sector in Barcelona.
The explosion is presumed to be the result of drilling attempts, Marcano said.
At the moment citizen protection and security organizations are already on site to attend to the emergency.
