Today, Iraqi forces arrested a terrorist in Kirkuk Governorate, in the north of the country.
Alsumaria news website quoted the Federal Police as saying in a statement that a force from the Police’s 3rd Mechanized Brigade, in cooperation with the Intelligence Agency, arrested a terrorist in the village of Abu Ka’ub in Kirkuk.
In a related context, Iraqi forces found two RPG-7 rockets and an explosive device left behind by the terrorists, in Al-Barirah area in Hawija district. The materials were destroyed by the competent authorities.
Last week, Iraqi forces arrested 6 terrorists in the city of Mosul.
